Food Pairing Evenings

Looking to do something a little different once a month? Beginning February 28th, in association with Bia Sasta  we are launching our food pairing evenings on a monthly basis, starting with a cheese and beer pairing event.  On the evening we are matching five delicious Cork cheeses with 5 of our award winning beers. Learn about flavour profiling, tasting cheese, and how to match certain flavours.
